Which currencies does NextVits support?
NextVits is based in the United States, so we need to bill the customer in U.S. Dollars. The customer’s credit or debit card is responsible for processing the currency exchange.
Which countries can NextVits ship to?
We currently ship within the continental United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong and South East Asian countries that include Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. We will be expanding our distribution network in the coming months.

Will you notify me before shipping my next bottle of supplements with Auto-Reorder?
Yes, we will notify you by sending an email reminder.
When will you charge my credit card for Auto-Reorders?
Your account will be billed automatically before the order for the next month is placed. We will notify you in advance by sending an email reminder. You can cancel your Auto-Reorder at any time in the “Order Center” under the “My Account” tab.
What methods of payment can I use?
We can accept the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, the customer is expected to receive orders for Fitness Centric Formulas and Build My Own Formulations within 5 business days. Fully Personalized Formulations may take approximately 15-20 business days. However, orders may be delivered as late as 25+ business days if the product is held in customs.
